The journey home begins in about T-4 hours. It has been a truly amazing experience. Life changing, in some ways better than others. I cannot wait to get home to my family and friends to share more details. I didn't get the chance to write about traffic, fashion (or lack thereof, in some cases), food, etc. Once I get over my jet lag and have time to process everything, I'm sure that I will have more to write. Thank you to those of you who encouraged me to start this blog. It has been very cathartic.
Thank you to everyone for taking this journey with me. Your support and well wishes mean a great deal to me. I especially want to thank my husband, who has been so supportive and who has given himself fully to taking care of our daughter while I've been away. I cannot wait to see the two of you. I thought of you every step of the way during my time here. You are one of the main reasons I am here. I love you both very much and will see you soon. Cheers!
Thank you to all of the wonderful people I've met. You know who you are and I hope that you will keep in touch. To my fellow Fulbrighters, you're the best!! Be sure to keep in touch and don't worry, I will post pics soon.
